Each month, the Huntley Art Hub Gallery features a solo exhibition by one of our local artists — and May 2026 belongs to Jurgita Mekyte.
Jurgita works across multiple mediums, and her eclectic show brings together original watercolor and acrylic paintings alongside her vibrant mixed‑media pieces. We call this exhibition “Art Cocktail” because it blends her many artistic styles the way a great cocktail blends flavors — some soft and subtle, others bold and bright, all coming together in one refreshing, joyful mix.
You’ll find a wide variety of sizes and price points, and every piece is original and one‑of‑a‑kind.

Jurgita’s exhibition runs May 1–31 and is on display during our open hours Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am-5pm. Jurgita will be in the Gallery for meet‑and‑greets on Saturday, May 9th & Saturday, May 16th from 11am–1pm. Come meet the artist, explore her collection, and take home a piece of art that speaks to you.

Kathy is an exceptional oil painter and her pieces range from vintage cars to super-real still life pieces, to whimsical characters and fantastical abstract pieces. Prepare to be amazed.
September 2026 - Solo Exhibition by Jerry Pond
Jerry is a talented Plein Air painter, meaning he paints landscapes outdoors as he sees them in real time. He also produces fine etchings and his own wood frames.
October 2026 - Solo Exhibition by Kelly Burgo
Kelly is an accomplished photographer and will share a collection of pieces that range from the Navy Pier's original ferris wheel to macroscopic views of plants.
November 2026 - Solor Exhibition by Laurel Sroka
Laurel is an acrylic painter whose original pieces range from pastoral to abstract. She infuses gold leaf into some of her work, making them unique and gorgeous.
